I have enjoyed the year or so I have lived at Americana. But for one neighbor it is a quiet place with excellent maintenance and grounds-including the pool.It is a bit pricey, though the location is excellent. Thanks.

You should ask what I have objectioins about - I have a list,e.g., windows and balcony doors need to be replaced as I continually have a draft coming in; since moving in I have had an MS exacerbation and find the lip getting in and out of the elevator and into my apartment very problematic with my walker; I cannot manipulate the trash chute and holdon to my walker at the same time; the heavy doors getting into the garage and into the entrance way are very hazardous; electricity failures leave me without the ability to get in and out of a chair I must sleep in. The management of the complex is ready to increase rents but not ready to take on major projects.
