Not worth the Money

I have lived here for three years, and every year the pool is never ready by Memorial Day. This year was the worst, not only was it not ready but it was green too meny times for weeks at a time. I was literally told by maintenance that the pool is not priority and it shows. Also I've never seen them clean the furniture or couches, everything looks and smells bad. They do the bare minimum in maintenance. However the elevators have been working more often, which was a problem in the past. But the entrance doors are still malfunctioning, either the front stays open, which is a safety condition, or the back locks at night and you have to walk around, super inconvenient, especially when you have a handful of groceries or something heavy in your hands. I do maintenance for a living so I know when poor work is being done. I would not recommend this building, it has amenities but things are malfunctioning left and right nothing is consistent and they constantly raise your rent every year.
