My Review

TLC Management does not seem to value long time residents who end up paying much higher rent than new tenants. I can understand offering discount to increase occupancy but rate of increase for long time residents is exorbitant. With this kind of policy lease renewal rate is bound to suffer. I havew been here for 41 years and pay lot more than new tenants. My next renewal rate is also shabby.
