Great before rent increase

I have lived here for (2) years and I genuinely enjoyed this complex, but I just wasn't able to afford it anymore with yearly rent increases. The location is excellent (so close to the L and walkable distance to the lake front). I was also very close to Downtown Evanston without hearing all of the noise.
