Mostly good experiences

custodian and staff are usually responsive and take decent care of the property. they are friendly, the grounds are clean, they have recently started to clean the foyers thoroughly, and overall my experience has been good. the building is beautiful and the apartment lovely. the one big problem area I have is storage and laundry, which are the only two amenities offered. we need more bike storage and the laundry room needs a far greater deal of care. there's no hot water feeding the washing machines and those machines are often broken without being repaired for long periods of time.
