Okay, but needs maintenance and cleaning

I love living in this older building and walking up 4 flights of stairs to our apartment keeps me in shape! There's a beautiful cross breeze because my windows are north and south facing, providing lovely light as well. All of the staff at Parliament and Peak Properties have been very responsive and proactive to help solve any problems that arise.

close to the lake and among beautiful trees, the apartment is pretty and the staff is wonderful, but the common areas aren't kept as clean as they should be. my apartment has windows on the north and south side, so there is a great breeze to keep the place cool in warm weather. new windows have added to the beauty of the apartment and the management was kind enough to replace my worn out old kitchen with a new one during the past 3 years. I've lived here for nearly 10 years because it is a great location and the staff is responsive.

love our courtyard apartment, faces courtyard not street so no street noise heard most of the time. staff is very responsive to any concerns and they take decent care of the property. 2 improvements: wish the garbage in the gangway was better kept, would be great to have laundry more accessible to upper story apartments. otherwise, it's a great place to live, been here 9 years

I love it.

custodian and staff are usually responsive and take decent care of the property. they are friendly, the grounds are clean, they have recently started to clean the foyers thoroughly, and overall my experience has been good. the building is beautiful and the apartment lovely. the one big problem area I have is storage and laundry, which are the only two amenities offered. we need more bike storage and the laundry room needs a far greater deal of care. there's no hot water feeding the washing machines and those machines are often broken without being repaired for long periods of time.
