The building was not made with sound barriers in mind. I can hear my next door neighbors talk through my walls. And, the pool area is very loud when your apartment is facing this common area. These are my only concerns but may be considered if you work from home or want a good night's sleep without needing ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones.

Some people do treat the common area like a frat house and management have no backbones they wont do anything about it, they'd just get a warning or something but that doesn't do much. so if you're not ok with the constant partying every weekend then I'd look elsewhere.
