Great Simple Living

The house my partner and I rent is wonderful. Small enough to maintain but large enough for us and our cat. We’re in such a quiet area and our house is adorable and out of the way. I especially love that anytime a problem with the house arises, staff quickly comes to resolve it or at least schedules a good time to do so. We’ve been here for about 2 years and would love to stay more!

Pretty Good Place!

Overall, me and my partner love our little house! We think its perfect size for the two of us and our little cat, and for a very great rental price. We love how quickly any problems we have can be remedied and how responsive everyone in office is to our feedback. We’re on year 2 of renting our home through Swartz, and we’ll for sure be staying another!
