Maintenance requests and bldg upkeep is minimal

The apartment is decent. It’s an older building so there aren’t many amenities but it’s a nice area. The apartment building common areas are not always clean but they are doing better with keeping it clean after repeated requests. Maintenance does not always answer your requests which makes it very frustrating.

My experience living in this apartment has been generally positive, offering a comfortable and well-maintained living space. However, I've encountered a slight noise issue, especially during peak hours, which can be somewhat disruptive. While the management has been responsive to noise complaints, it's worth noting that the sound insulation could be improved to create a more serene living environment. Despite this, the apartment's convenient location and thoughtful design make it a wonderful choice.

It’s the space for me!

I LOVE everything about my new move! The efficiency I lived in prior to was decent but the tenants were not. My current tenants are considerate and, for the most part, quiet. The building is typically clean and my apartment is HUGE!! I’m so grateful to have been able to move here!!
