Feels Like Home

Although the property could use some updates and certain repairs could be done, the unit is perfect for my dog and I and still spacious enough for when guests come to visit. Definitely worth the rental fee given the spacious unit, water and trash pickup, and location to the main towns nearby. This property would benefit from updated covered parking, repaved parking lot, tree trimming for low hanging branches, and repaired patio dividers as some have fallen down or are damaged.

Adequate Housing

The space of the unit is perfect for what I needed. Clinton is a great location as it is at the center of several major cities. Upon arrival, the unit needed some maintenance repairs and the staff were able to make the repairs with little wait. There are not designated spots outside of the covered parking, which can make it difficult to park a vehicle. Route 10 can be noisy, but you get accustomed to the sounds over time.
