I just moved in late January 2023. I was very impressed with the improvements/maintenance that were done on my unit beforeI moved in. I'm impressed with the cleanliness and the quiet of the property. Would I like some more modern upgrades/amenities? Sure. But the value is amazing so I understand that is a trade off.

Great place to live and great deal

Becky and Staff are helpful, prompt, and friendly when there are fixes or when help is needed. They are only a phone call or a RentCafe request away. I appreciate that the front door requires a buzz in, which feels safer. Tenants have either a patio or balcony, as our buildings only have two floors. I love having my own outdoor space. Many tenants have flowers or gardens in theirs. Our basement laundromat is clean and has two washers & driers. I only wish they were in-unit. Other buildings have their laundromat down the hall. The storage is spacious for each unit. The closets are huge and both the one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments are spacious. The parking lot is not overcrowded and there are not assigned parking spaces. Contracted companies do the yard upkeep and plow the snow from the parking lot. You’re expected to move your car. Food for thought ... if garages are available in the spring, they’re $50/mo. Thankfully, a contracted company also cleans and vacuums the properties weekly, and this was in place long before COVID. I live in a quiet residential community and my tenant neighbors are friendly and respectful of each other. Many tenants have lived here upwards of 10 years. It’s convenient to live so close to both 55th Street, Route 83, and great places to walk to in Clarendon Hills. Living here is a good value. I plan to stay a while.
