I have lived here for a month and a half now and it is a wonderful building with very responsive staff.
It's just ok, now.
I've lived here for a few years, and in that time, the property in the management of the property has deteriorated slightly.
It’s ok
the place is not in a perfect location, staff are ok, it asked me to review the place before I move in, very needy requirments for application and getting the keys, yet it has its value I guess. Units are not equaly treated with appliances and flooring, but the charge almost the same rent as the units that has brer or more appliances and flooring. Some of the floors and sometimes the lobby is full of cigarettes,smoke, and smell
