  • A maximum of 2 domestic animals are permitted per apartment. Please note the one-time $250 pet fee is charged per lease application, not per pet. Full and partial breeds of any of the following dogs are prohibited: Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, Boxer, Dalmatian, and St. Bernard. Documentation from a veterinarian stating breed, weight, and vaccination records is required. Photo of animal is required. Owner is responsible for picking up after their animal; violators can be fined up to $100 per occurrence. Cats and Dogs are the only animals permitted on the premises. Any unregistered animals discovered may result in a fine of up to $500. Guest animals are not permitted on the premises. Exotic animals are prohibited.

Omigosh the maintenance here is maybe the most incompetent in the whole entire planet. I try to work with them. Thankfully they have no idea who is ratting them out or they would throw me out on the streets, So THANK YOU. Bless you(Sarcasm) Get the Elevators Fixed please pretty please with sugar on top???? A dog upstairs was barking for like 10 hours straight, and the manager says he cant do anything about it. Well what I can do is move out of this DUMP!! Thanks for nothing.
