Lived here for 6 years. Best reason for living here is proximity to stores (WholeFoods. Aldi, Walgreens) and a branch of Chicago Public Library. Worst experience is the cluttering around the mailbox area where there is more room for expansion (making access better), but which management pays no attention!! The carpeting lining the hallways is an eyesore & a big disappointment compared to the warm feel of the entrance to the building!! Vacuuming has its limits, so this requires a complete makeover!!

I have lived here since 2013. I have had comparatively few problems, and they have been fixed quickly and accurately. I am not a fan of working at home, but being home is consoling and comfortable.

No pest control issues and maintenance is quick. A little run down and no frills, but its fine.
