Review

I've lived here for almost 1 year and the staff is okay. I really dislike that the emergency maintenance line is outsourced because it seems like things are not taken seriously or as an emergency at all. We had a gas smell in the apartment from around the laundry machines close to a year ago. When I called the emergency line, he basically said he didn't believe what I was smelling was gas (I described an egg-like smell) and said he would see if emergency maintenance could stop by. Maintenance does a good job getting the issues fixed quickly if it's inside of the apartment but the recurring issue is the garages. They stop working and it takes at least a whole day to get them working again with no offer to reimburse people for having to take Ubers or whatever else to get to work. I understand it takes a little time to get them working but bare minimum a maintenance worker could be sent to just prop the doors open until technicians can arrive to fix the problem. During the winter, one of the sewers (which was adjacent to my parking spot) was overflowing and smelled like feces. I would have to park and step in it. i reached out multiple times and they would say it was fixed but it would happen again days later. There is also no follow through when a parking complaint is made. I have reached out on several occasions about people parking in the driving lane of the west garage in the corner. It continued to happen and made it nearly impossible for me to get in and out of my spot. I reached out and was told they would tell the driver to stop parking there after I had even spoken to the driver and gently asked him to stop as well. A couple days later he was parking there again; I haven't noticed anyone there for about a month now but it was definitely frustrating to see it wasn't being taken seriously at all. Recently people have been leaving there trash outside of the chute if it's too big to fit in the chute, which makes the hallway stink.Everything else is fine

Great basic apartment

The unit is very basic but really nice. Maintenance is incredible ive never had to wait more than like a day for something to get fixed which is awesome and they fix everything no questions asked. Not many amenities but worth it for the price and location. Only downside is the walls are very thin so the noise can be a lot sometimes.
