1. No reason to pay for the parking when there are always illegal parking blocking the way. 2. No warning about fees charge to your account, sneaky. 3. Street location is very loud and noisy. 4. Charge you to replace AC filters for whatever reason. 5. Staff give lip service but don't do anything when complaints.

We have spent five years living and sharing in this apartment and in this community. They have been good years—filled with tranquility, security, comfort, and an excellent location. We will remain eternally grateful, right up until the very day we must depart for our new home.

I've been here for four years and the experience has been good. It would be great if they were in a quieter area, with good, prudent, and calm neighbors. I'd like them to paint the apartment walls (for tenants who have stayed for more than two years).
