nice building, management in decline

I have been living in this building for over 2 years now and it has been a mostly positive experience. I had no complaints at all for the first year but recently there have been extreme delays in important building repairs. For months one elevator and over half of the washing machines in the laundry room have been out of service, without any communication of when to expect repairs. This has led to significant wait times for the elevator and laundry, which was never an issue in the past.

Good value in uptown

Apartment building is in a great location - near to the Argyle Red Line stop, a Mariano's, and several restaurants - plus is nice on the inside with good package service and a nice exercise room. Great value!
