Just move in so far so good nice and quiet except the train nose all day but still love the apartment would love a bigger apartment soon

The Thompson is a solid building to live in. The management is pretty on it, and the entire staff is attentive and helpful. There are always cool events happening around in the area being so close to Fulton Market. I've renewed my lease and see myself here for the foreseeable future.

I love this location! It has great amenities. A park with a community pool across the street and garage parking. The staff is available through email and tries to get to you at a timely manner. The maintenance team is incredible. The apartments are beautiful! They are a bit pricey and you live by the train and there's a festival once or twice in the summer that gets pretty loud but not unbearable. Latch can sometimes be annoying to access the building. However, its much appreciated for security purposes. Overall its at a great location where you can go to restaurants and explore some fun areas. Its a great place to be!
