Fours years ago, I was sitting in the coffee shop across the street,, gazing at the Sovereign Building and thinking that it looked like my kind of place to live. As it turned out a month or so later, I needed to move. It was love at first sight when I saw a studio apartment looking out on Lake Michigan. I couldn't wait to call it mine. The move in process was easy. I had gotten rid of my car several years before, so I wanted a neighborhood that had everything I need within walking distance. This is perfect for me. Restaurants, grocery shopping, drug stores, several choices for public transportation,and much more are all here within blocks. Maintenance for my space is readily available and things get fixed, often the same day! A leaky toilet? No problem! Air conditioner struggling? No problem! The staff are kind and efficient. I am super pleased that there's someone at the front desk 24/7. I love that my deliveries are secure and I get notified when I have one. I really can't think of anything else I could possible want! Excuse me, while I go take my walk by the lake!

I lived in the Sovereign for a year and half. It is a perfect location for Loyola students. I only had to walk or bike 3-5 minutes to class everyday. I could leave the apartment at 8:50 and make it to my 9ams just fine. The units aren't outstanding in terms of paint standards or noise levels, but the views and free use of utilities makes the place absolutely value for your money. I really enjoyed having all my utilities included in rent, ensuring that I can keep myself cool for the summer without worrying about cost. If you are a Loyola student looking for housing that will get you through the year, the Sovereign is an outstanding choice.

The staff at the Sovereign building are highly knowledgeable and well-trained in their respective roles. The sovereign building's in a perfect location, the transportation and walking rates are 5/5. and the best thing is that the prices are affordable.
