Cozy and convenient

Conveniently located near public transportation and easy access to the beach, this is a great spot to live just outside of the city. I appreciate the park nearby and great clear views of the lake. Maintenance folk are super friendly and the residence is a small friendly community of people.

Beautiful Views

The building has amazing views that are not blocked by any buildings. There is a park right next door that is perfect for walking your dog. There are not many amenities and the parking lot is not gated which causes some security concerns. The laundry room is very small and does not always have all of its machines in working order. The staff are very kind, helpful and fast in fixing issues that come up in the apartment. The building itself is old and things (AC, heat, etc.) break every now and then. This has been a challenge in colder/warmer months, especially when it requires someone from outside of the building staff to come and fix it (it could be days). However, they seem to be working on a permanent solution to this. The doorbell system is efficient. The balconies are the perfect place to create your own oasis and enjoy the cool breeze from the lake. I would recommend living here if you don't mind a few quirks and occasional maintenance issues.

Great Building

Lived here for 4 years, the building is great. Its very clean, quiet, apartments have great balconies with lake views, and property manager is always very helpful!
