So far, my experience at The Covington has been great. The staff and maintenance team are wonderful and I have had no problems with neighbors. The only issue I had was the painting job in our apartment - the paint is heavily coated on in certain parts of the apartment and as a results it bulges and and is cracking. Additionally, the painters got paint on the floor and it has proven difficult to get up. Other than that, things are good!

The Covington is a great place to live. The fitness center could use some upgrading and community lounge printer isn't always working but for the most part this place is great. Especially how the front desk staff takes care of our packages, that is a fantastic thing.

ive been living here for almost 2 years. love the location the night life. simon and edgar are amazing when it comes to getting your apartment fixed. they always go above and beyond. most hardworking staff ive seen. the building is family oriented everyone knows eachother. if it wasnt fo the stafff edgar and simon this would be completely different. proptety managers changed frequently. bew manager morisa is amazing. she’s understanding and is truly passionate. very hard worker

ive been staying at covington for about two years!!!! the location is amazing. the maintenance staff is amazing edgar and simon are the dream team. depsite them being the only two maintenance staff they always go above and beyond for their tenants. im more amazed on how they are good at multi-tasking. they deal with alot personalities especially tenants.
