Overall property very clean even in the winter maintenance crew very fast to inspect problem and repair always find parking only complaint I have right now is dishwasher issues or maybe drain Can I use sync without water pouring out of underneath dishwasher been using a towel maintenance did come to see and use method to fix. We’re still in the process of fixing

We pay alot of money for the walls to be thin and hear the pipes when you turn the water on every single time.

The Brixen feels safe, and the apartments are well maintained. Sidewalks and parking lots are always salted and cleared, meaning you'll never have to pick up a shovel. Nearby shopping, groceries, and gyms are convenient. Located far away from highways, which can be inconvenient for driving to further areas. Rent is very reasonable, especially given how spacious the apartments are.

Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff with great office hours, overall neighborhood is very family-oriented and safe. I enjoy peaceful walked around the neighborhood, with easy access to groceries and restaurants. The apartment complex is made up of mostly working adults, but there are a few sketchier residents that smoke weed and loiter around the parking lot.

lived here for 3 years. 5 or more property managers, community is nice, forced to pay high priced internet, water sewer and trash is 3 additional bills and not everyone pays it. City of Chicago should be picking up trash/garbage because this is CHICAGO. Yes energy is the bulk supplier and so many different statements have been issued to residents and only some have these charges. Safety is a slight concern because the doors in the back never close and lock properly poor lighting in parking lot thats not gated. property and rules were more understandable when property was owned by Zitella. Now that its THE BRIXEN, it has went down tremendously.
