Brenda is so Amazing, I talked with her today Wednesday 5-3-23 and she was so helpful, nice and patient with me. She walked me through all the nessary steps to make sure I got all my documents in to her. She made me feel so comfortable, like I was family. She is very intelligent and polite. When I got off the phone with her I felt very much assured that Brenda was going to make sure my business was taking care of. I also called her several times just to see if my documents went though and never once did she make me feel like I was bothering her. She is absolutely wonderful, I only hope the rest of the staff is like Brenda. Thank you so much Brenda, I really appreciated you’re patience and quality customer service with me today.
