We’ve been living here for about 10 years. The location is great, we love the neighborhood and the amenities are pretty good when they work. Building management doesnt seem to respond to problems unless they’re emergencies that might damage their property. If its merely an inconvenience or hardship to the tenant, they take their time, if they respond at all. And then they try to raise the rent on you, despite doing nothing to increase the value of the rental.
