Management is Useless

I have gone 18 days without a functional HVAC. Management takes weeks to respond to my emails and largely ignores my requests.

Thin walls

I've lived here for less than a year, but I'm moving out as soon as I can. The walls are incredibly thin - I can hear everything my neighbor says, word-for-word, when he's talking at a regular volume

Thin walls

The walls are extremely thin (which is a shame, because when I toured the apartment, one of the first things that the guide mentioned was that the walls were re-done, and kept noise out very well)
