Good Place to Live

Pretty good place to live, no issue with management or how things work. The amenities are old and often broken. Maintenance requests are very tough to get done on time and I've had many marked as done without any work being done on them.

Living in this building is not worth the rent charged

Heating in the unit is insufficient. Being told lack of heat is due to building construction is unacceptable. If Horizon deems this as an acceptable excuse, rent should be decreased to compensate for the excessive electricity bills. Lack of heat calls for electric heater usages and this in turn increase the electricity bill.

Very happy with property and management

I have really enjoyed living here. There is something to be said about living in an old building that has old building problems. The management staff is friendly and accountable and my only complaint is that sometimes maintenance request can take a little longer than I'd prefer but otherwise a good place to live.

Very decent living accomodations

I have lived here for almost 2 years. I've enjoyed my experience living here. Very close to a lot of things. Friendly area, easy to walk. I have a parking spot which is great. Great space inside the apartments.

No regard for tenants

The apartment was not ready for move in on my lease start date, it took about a week before it was liveable, and now work orders take a month+ to get completed. Absolutely no regard for the tenants at all.
