Amazing Apartment to live in!! The laundry room has an app that allows you to know when your laundry is done. Packages are very protected and you get an email when you get a package . Overall been a nice experience

Sheridan Road Review

My partner and I have lived at the Horizon Sheridan Road property over the last 3 years, actually making this our first apartment in the city, moving in from out of state. We've fallen in love with the area and the city, and our apartment here is always a welcome place to come home too after our forays into the city. The staff are always very polite, the maintenance is knowledgable and courteous, and I've loved meeting our neighbors and the community that resides in the property. The location is also great, being so close to so many CTA transit points. We've found the value of the amenities and location here a fantastic first impression to our move to Chicago.

Things keep breaking!

The elevators and laundry room break on a regular basis, please keep these fixed!!

Not great

The management keeps shutting off water - sometimes with notice, but before, without notice. Today I came home and saw a huge leak on the ceiling of the 2nd floor mezzanine area to make 2 huge puddles on the carpet - water pouring from the light figure. The management keeps on spending money on things that tenants don't need like happy hours, a popcorn machine, and a printer - yet my apartment smells like sewage right now due to some issue with the water and they hiked up our rent $200 with our latest resigning of the lease. The price is still reasonable for the area but the poor condition of the facilities (Water, Heating, stovetop not working well, dishwasher does not clean well), I do not recommend.
