I have lived here for ten months and plan to renew my lease. The apartment is attractive and in a good location, close to downtown Chicago. The building is well maintained and the shared facilities are good.

I have been here for about 3 years, the staff is not great worh a few exceptions, the amenities/outside is diety. Thankfully they just git new furniture in the entrance. Im moving out in May and am very happy to be leaving. The only reason i have stayed as long as i have is because of the location, especially it being so close to EBC as I’m a member there.
