I've lived here for almost a year now, and I'm happily renewing my lease! Management responds quickly to maintenance requests. The building upkeep is really good. The common areas get cleaned at least once a month. The apartment itself is beautiful. It's perfect for people who like the outdoors. The deck is absolutely wonderful. The only cons are the kitchen is a bit small, and the floors are a little squeaky. Random bonus: amazing neighbors living in the building! So friendly.
