Max of 2 pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply - The following dog breeds are not permitted in the building: German Shepherds, Pit Bull Terriers, Cane Corsos, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Akitas, Mastiffs, Great Danes, Doberman Pinschers, and Wolf Hybrids. Please note there is a pet weight limit. They may not exceed 25lbs when fully grown. One-time nonrefundable fee of $200 per dog or cat. No monthly pet rent. We do not allow other types of pets.
