Owner is responsible for picking up after their animal; violators can be fined up to $100 per occurrence. Cats and Dogs are the only animals permitted on the premises. Any unregistered animals discovered may result in a fine of up to $500. Guest animals are not permitted on the premises. Exotic animals are prohibited.

In the right direction

Living at park wellington has been good for the most part. The only real issue I had was with the last apartment manager who had told me my bathroom had been redone. When I walked in the bathroom was not redone but covered up. It does also has a gas smell to the place and I'm not sure if that's from the radiator or the gas stove due to the apartments size. However, since the new apartment manager has been here, I feel like the place has been taken better care of. She is nice and when Maintenace request are made they are answer in timely fashion and she answers any questions I may have. I think this apartment complex is headed in the right direction.

Feels like home

I’ve lived in a lot of apartments, and I can truly say that this one actually feels like a place I want to stay in for a while. The energy here is what makes the apartment. It’s a quaint, vintage building in honestly a perfect location - it couldn’t be better. The lake is literally like two blocks away, Mariano’s and Xsport are right there… everything’s within walking distance…. Basically, the location, vintage feel, and warm, responsive and superb management are what make this place better than some bougie high rise. Definite recommend. 5 out of 5.

Great location

Been here a year - the location is amazing. Walking distance to Wrigley Field, The Lake, restaurants, grocery stores, and great pubs. Old building - small apts. Kitchens are almost unusable. Staff are quick to help, friendly, and will do all they can to fix an issue. Amenities are lacking
