Has the potential to be great

In over 2+ years the Sauna and Steam Rooms have been collectively operational for Months. The Steam room is constantly out of order or not working. The water filters in water fountains have gone unchanged for weeks as well. The key fob to the Hot tub room has never worked or been repaired and the original wood trim and doors for these rooms have been broken and replaced multiple times but not to completion. I find it disheartening when people tour and see what they think will be consistently working and operational amenities... for the price of rent in these luxury towers - the residents at the minimum should never have these issues this consistently. Other than that I love the property.

Best Amenity Buildings in Town

OTP is awesome. I have been a fan ever since my brother lived here and am very grateful I was able to make it work when I moved here from NYC. Feels great to live in an accommodating, cozy, and fun environment on a daily basis!

Shockingly mediocre

No ice maker. oven is not standard size so if you have normal, american baking sheets, they wont fit. There is no water in the fridge either. Tower 1 has ice makers, water in the fridge and standard size appliances. For $3000 per month, no ice maker or filtered water is insane. Never again

Cardboard Apartments

Unfortunately the items in the unit were not made to last. Freezer door that wouldn’t close, kitchen lights that only sometimes came on, floorboards that shifted under my feet, to name a few. For the price of rent, I certainly expected higher quality assets in my apartment, but instead I got the impression that the spectacle was worth more than the resident satisfaction. Staff was always friendly in the lobby and very helpful. My opinion changed when I was woken up on my one day off from work to Onni staff knocking on my door, claiming the hallway on my floor smelt of smoke. They then insisted they enter my unit to “check my floorboards” without giving any prior notice. Communication was poor and the situation felt fishy. Left a bad taste in my mouth as a resident.
