Residents appreciate Oakwood Shores Community for its friendly neighbors, peaceful and clean environment, and enjoyable living experience. They value the amenities such as in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air and heat, and having a back porch or patio. Proximity to the lake and walking distance to essential locations like the grocery store adds to the convenience. Additionally, renters are grateful for the ample parking, regular pest control, and the helpful and professional maintenance and administration staff. The community's overall atmosphere and sense of safety are also highlighted positively by the residents.

Noise pollution and general corridors stay unclean most of the time not due to maintenance but the residents intentionally do not take care of the building...They throw paper and liquid spills weekly

Oakwood Experience

The majority of my experience has been positive besides maintenance being behind and my packages getting stolen. Also, the amenities are good but a bit outdated in the kitchen.
