I've loved my time at Oakdale Terrace - the entire staff is friendly, communication is fantastic if there is ever a problem or work happening, and the building itself is in a prime location and well worth the cost. Overall it is great living here!

I’ve really enjoyed living at Oakdale Terrace! The maintenance crew—Ralph, William, and Hector—are excellent and always quick to take care of anything that comes up. The building is well-maintained and regularly cleaned, which makes it a really comfortable place to live. LaTanya in the office is also incredibly kind and helpful, and the whole team is super responsive. The location in Lakeview East is amazing—there are tons of cafés, restaurants, and other spots just a minute or two away on foot. Plus, having both Trader Joe’s and Mariano’s right down the block is super convenient. The building is also located between two bus stops, making it easy to get downtown or head north. I’ve had no complaints and would definitely recommend this building!
