Great fit!

My roommates and I have lived in the building since June 2023, and we love it here! The amenities are as good as advertised and the staff is extremely friendly. I have fallen in love with the location and it's close proximity to public transportation and night life. I would recommend this building to anyone moving to the city and looking for a fun, accessible place to live. The only complaint we have is pet noise from neighboring apartments (small dogs barking), but compared to past apartments even that is not too bad.

Niche

Was a perfect place to move from another city. However, management has had a lot of disorganization and turnover, and the new building manager doesnt seem to value well established residents. Every resident that was here when I arrived (some for 4+ years before me) has now moved out due to this turnover and unwillingness to negotiate.

Overall Good

We have lived here for a little over a year and overall are very happy with everything. The amenities are great and the front desk staff are kind and personable. We love the location being within walking distance to everything downtown without feeling too close to downtown. Unfortunately, our move-in process as well as our resigning process have been much less than ideal. Names are gotten wrong, paperwork is filed sloppily and poorly, and no one from the leasing office really takes the time to proofread emails and paperwork sent as well as respond to emails for the most part. We understand that they are likely understaffed, but when dealing with things as important as providing people with a place to live and thousands of dollars, mistakes that could have been easily avoided make a huge impact.
