I really enjoy living here! Location is great, so close to belmont harbor anfnthe lake! Maintenance staff are attentive and the property manager is very kind

Updating laundry room with a card rather than quarter system would be nice. I also had several packages stolen throughout the year, and the intercom system has not worked. Also $160 a month for a prling spot that isnt covered is a bit pricey.

I like living here, but there are a number of things that aren't ideal. No dishwashers, in-unit laundry, or fans in kitchens that work. The floors and walls are too thin. I can hear where my neighbors are in their apartment and they can hear me.
