THE WORST MAINTENANCE EVER!!!

just barely worth it for the somewhat reasonable rent

Maintenance takes too long to execute work and it’s always sloppy - they always leave a mess behind. Rarely is someone available to address a need, but someone is always available to take a payment. My rent was negotiation closed, they later went back and increased it anyway, and then threatened to kick me out if i didn’t agree to the increased rate by the END OF THE DAY. Gunshots nearby often.
