Less services

Security declined from daily to weekends only. Packages are dumped in lobby and takes up to two days to be placed in secure package room. Packages are no longer screened before placed in package room. Trash rooms need to be cleared more frequently and often not completely cleared. Hall walls were started to be repainted and then stopped leaving walks partially repainted. Grey hall carpets were replaced by ugly orange and blue carpets. Fridge leak water/soap stained hall carpet and it has not been cleaned. Furnace filter was to be replaced annually but mine not replaced. Yet rent raised each year.

Nice building,great staff

Hope that nice staff continues. Would like to see security staff every day in lobby instead of only on weekends. Thank you for removing trash from trash rooms more frequently. No longer have the packages shown on system when notified of deliveries to package room. Hope that is reinstated. Thank you for pleasant environment. Hope it continues with new ownership.

2 issues

Pleasant building to live in. 2 issues of note. Need to remove recyclable trash from trash rooms more frequently than once a week. And should have front desk security more frequently than weekends. Staff is very nice.

Nice building

I when I first came aboard there was front lobby security every day and evening. Now it's only on weekends. No reduction in rent. Staff and other amenities are very good. Also, other tenants are very nice.
