Great Location, Typical City Experience

The parking situation is definitely the first thing I noticed (not great) but the apartment itself is staffed by kind and helpful staff and the location on the lakefront and university is unbeatable.

Affordable and Convenient!

I have happily lived on W Loyola for two years. The building is closer to Loyola than my sophomore year dorm - only a 10-minute walk to Mundelein, the farthest building across campus. Campus Safety patrols W Loyola often and there are at least 3 blue light stations within sight, so I feel very safe even on the first floor. The unit is spacious, well-lit during the day, and has a great vintage charm. I have never come across a bug or rodent issue. I had one plumbing issue, and maintenance came the next day. Loyola students do sacrifice extra amenities for this apartment but for the location, size, and price, I think that it is well worth the sacrifice. The laundry room is located in the basement, but there is no dishwasher. Due to the location, I have never felt that extra amenities were necessary.
