First, there are some really good things here! The location is great, views are amazing, apartments are quiet. The maintenance staff is really wonderful. We've been here five years. What I'm disappointed about started happening relatively recently. The building was sold to new management in fall 2025. Shortly afterwards, there was flooding due to frozen pipes. We've now been without amenities or a working elevator for nearly SIX months. I kinda understand the elevator situation, since it can be hard to get a missing part.....but they should be able to replace some flooring and wallpaper on the amenity floor by now. New management sends out emails every couple months saying things are just completely out of their control. I dunno why it's out of their control to just put down some wood flooring already? Why is this so confusing and difficult? We can SEE that zero work is getting done on the amenity floor, there are just buckets of paint and random furniture thrown around everywhere. I think the new management company won't cough up any cash to do the most basic of cosmetic updates. Cleanup, paint, and flooring just ain't that hard. It's a shame because otherwise this is a great building.
