Pets allowed. Pet limit 2 allowed. There is no weight limit, just some breed restrictions and a limit of two per apartment ($300 per cat / $500 per dog). Additionally, we have a dog deck, plus there's an open leash dog park across the street, and a great vet just two blocks west!. Breed Restriction Apply. We are a pet friendly community with a two (2) pet maximum per residence. There is a Pet Fee of $500 for Dogs and $300 for Cats, as well as $30 monthly rent per pet. Our property also features a Dog Run and Pet Spa. Breed restrictions include but not limited to: Rottweiler, American Pit Bull Terrier, StaffordshireTerrier, Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, American Bulldogs, Presa Canarios, Wolf hybrids, any sub-breed of the foregoing and any breed that relates to security or guard dogs. We have only been here for a month, but its been a great experience so far, staff accross the board is amazing, the building is excellent and well kept, the dog run is the only area that could use some more attemtion, but otherwise its been great!
