Fees: $350 per dog and $150 per cat one-time nonrefundable fee and a monthly fee of $50/month for dogs below 30lbs, $75/month for dogs over 30 lbs, and $25/month for cats. Breed Restrictions: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Cane Corsos, Chow Chows, Dobermans, Great Danes, Kangals, Kuchi, Mastiffs (of any type), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rhodesin Ridgebacks, Rottweilers, Shepards (of any type), Shiba Inus, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire, Wolf-hybrids, or mixed breeds that contain any of the above breeds.Cats allowed. Dogs allowed.

I love everything apartment. I gave a low score for parking because there's only street parking, but it isn't a problem, because there's a bus stop and brown line stop nearby. My apartment feels like it's own little sanctuary, and the only time noise is a "problem" is when kids are playing outside at the elementary school across the street, and if that's my biggest problem, I have no real complaints

Lived here for 3-4 years I believe. Security can be a little better. Apartment door handle broken by intruder.
