I love the look of the building-it is a true vintage gem. The studio I live in is by far the best when it comes to storage space, counter space in the kitchen, and a very nice floorplan. It is extremely quiet and set back just enough off the street. The maintenance staff is extremely responsive to all work orders placed. I highly recommend it for those who want city life, but in a cozy nook.

Massive kitchen, so many windows, easy access to laundry, quiet street - some creaky floors, but overall wonderful, and I'm sure you'll get used to the creakiness quickly.

Amazing location and the leasing company has been great about maintenance and communication. However, the apartment is older and I definitely hear the floor squeak when my upstairs neighbor is walking around. If you have a car, there's street parking but be careful about someone possibly trying to steal your catalytic converter.

Moved this summer after living there for several years. The building is fairly well-maintained and maintenance is responsive. I found the more recent building managers less helpful and the rent has definitely increased to a point where I question the value, especially considering that rental insurance is required and tenant pays all utilities. During my time there, I had few negative experiences -- a few neighbors with mental health issues or complicated relationships, thin ceilings, some questionable experiences with the utility billing, and odd issues with the lighting in the common areas.
