While still expensive, this community was actually within my price range and I have felt very at home living here! The gym is nice, the laundry is much better than other locations, and the property is clean and well kept.

I have consistently received the highest quality residential support services while living at Gramercy Row. The staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful; requests and concerns are received and met with a prompt response. Whether repairing appliances or servicing equipment, or even helping to ensure my packages are delivered safely, the staff has addressed my needs on a personal basis to ensure I have an optimal living experience. Additionally, management has done well to foster a sense of community and address any community concerns (i.e. maintaining a clean environment in communal spaces and promoting upkeep of amenities) promptly and tactfully. Overall, my experience with Gramercy Row has been pleasant and enjoyable. I strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a high quality living experience that offers comfortable residential spaces, amenities, and superior service in a prime location at an unmatched value.

I lived at Grammercy Row for about a year and 1/2 while attending college. The location was great and the price was very affordable. Public transportation was not far away and I did not need a car. Being downtown, you will hear sirens, but overall it was not too bad. I felt safe in the building and area. The apartment was clean and anytime I had any issues, maintenance was quick to respond. I would definitely look into renting here again should I move back to the Chicago area!
