pretty good location, big building and great apartment. groupfox is lovely and very hands on

Pros: Overall the staff has been kind to work with. They’re fair for the most part (will list below), maintenace team is great as they’re super nice, and will take care of any issue you have in a timely manner. -Street Parking is free Cons: -increased $$$ in rent year over year is way more than it ever was, (and more than most places) especially for tenants with a reputable history of living there. -Increased $$ in “water/sewage bill” that’s inconsistent each month. No real answer of what this is and I have close friends who are in property management that have never heard of such fee (????) -Appliances are very outdated

it is a great apartment and me and my roommate really enjoy it but We have never met a property manager in our 11 and a half months here, the washer/dryer barley ever works, and theres many other issues with the utilities.

I enjoy living here I hope to renew my lease for next year if all works out

definitely feels like a college apartment with a toilet that fails sometimes, a bathroom fan that screams, and neighbors that are very loud
