I’ve enjoyed living at Flora overall. The building is beautiful, modern, and well-maintained, and the location in Fulton Market is a huge plus, walkable, with great restaurants, parks, and public transit nearby. The amenities are impressive, especially the rooftop and fitness spaces. Like most newer luxury buildings, rent and additional fees are something to be mindful of, but the quality of the apartments and convenience of the area make it a solid place to live.

Lived here for 2 months - Overall building amenities are great, building is great. - Noise from train lines can be pretty aggressive. Gym music needs to be changed as it either has no music or the same 3 songs on loop consistently. Not a huge issue. Apartments are nice, a little on the smaller side with storage. Overall happy in the building and think it's great. The front desk team are super sweet and kind.
