I recently moved to EVO and I love it! It’s in the perfect location right outside of Fulton Market, close enough to walk, but far enough away that you will escape the noise and the traffic. EVO staff are incredibly kind and helpful. From maintenence to front desk staff, everyone has been very professional and does thwir job well. Maintenence brought up countless heavy items for me when I moved in and also mounted my TV and hung pictures for me. Apartments are very new and everything was kept in great condition. I also love that there’s a park accross the street, which I walk my dog at everyday. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to move here.

Been here for two years. Max and all the staff are great. The new market and sports equipment is a game changer. Pool area and rooftop are incredible. You will hear train and The Mine on weekends. Lots of free parking and easy to get anywhere in the city

Pros: Staff have been uniformly great. Leasing process was easy, door staff are on their game, and maintenance team is terrific (best I have seen personally so particular shout out here). Location is perfect for a train commuter, and noise is surprisingly very small given proximity to the train. Amenities are great with the gym being a highlight. Units are good with no particular complaints, decent pace and good appliances. Mid: Value is just okay, pretty high rent and parking charges relative to what you get. You're paying a premium for the area which I get generally, though the specific location of the complex is hardly top-notch and so I don't necessarily feel like the value is well justified as it relates to the specific location (see below). Cons: Street parking is very sketch. There are broken windows on Randolph pretty much weekly, and always broken glass in the street. If you utilize it, or have guests, you must ALWAYS be sure to leave nothing in sight in your car or it very likely will get smash and grabbed. On top of this there have been multiple times where signs are suddenly put up on the street warning that you cannot park at specific times. Sometimes the office alerts you of these, sometimes they don't. I have seen cars towed from this area due to this. Given that many likely train commute and do not drive often (I personally drive only maybe 1-2 times a week) it is very easy to see how someone could miss these sudden parking restrictions.
