The fire alarm needs to be fixed. We receive a false alarm over once a month in the middle of the night. The frequency of these fake alarms will cause residents to ignore a real fire.

Great location. Close to multi-cultural foods and public transportation. Maintenance if phenomenal and consistently does a great job keeping the building clean and organized. Secure and safe entryway and mailing system with locked mail/package room. Small enough of a building to feel like you know your neighbors, but big enough to not hear every conversation through shared walls. Parking can be tight because of the local church, school, and other residential building, but most of the streets have free parking.

Wondeful and affordable apartments. Amenities are provided and the internet is great. The floors are cement, so you don’t need to worry about a loud upstairs neighbor. However, the walls inside the units, and the shared walls are all dry wall, which let a lot of noise through.
