Staff is outstanding, could not be better. And it is really a wonderful place to live. A few things in the apartment don’t work perfectly, but they are minor. Also, the technology of the portal access is not great, but it will do! Many thanks for all of your extraordinary efforts.

There is a $250 one-time non-refundable pet fee required for all pets. When fully grown, a dog cannot exceed a weight of 60 lbs. Every effort is made to accommodate residents and their pets, however breed restrictions shall apply to all dogs. Breeds not permitted include, but are not limited to: American Pit Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Sheppard, (Siberian) Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, Saint Bernard, and Akita. In addition, any mixtures of the aforementioned breeds are not approved. Additionally, Landlord reserves the right to reject certain other breeds at the Landlord’s discretion. Please be aware pet owners will be held accountable for the cost of any damages incurred by the pet during the duration of their tenancy.
