Location of the building is great, security is an added factor, the price is better than most places you can find, and its very clean and updated! Love it here.

The best part of the building is the location, there is so much around and honestly little reason to leave the neighborhood. The building is generally also quite nice and new, and the outside roof deck adds a great outdoor space on the property. The apartment itself is also nice and spacious, though we have had a few issues with appliances. Maintenance does usually come relatively soon to try and fix them.

The building should really have a trash chute but other than that, pretty good!

Very low water pressure and noise from outside at nights (some conditioning or ventilation systems)

Its a very nice building, always clean which is comforting. Parking has been frustrating but the garage is very nice as well

Although maintenance does a good job of fixing issues, it takes them forever to answer and respond to get them out to actually fix the issues.
