The building is very charming with great features but the floors are creaky. Loud building sometimes.

Old building so there are some creaks in the floors when you walk but the management is very responsive and professional. Great area.

Quiet good neighbors for three years

Not worth what I pay. Appliances are old and have broken on me I have barely been here 3 months. Neighbors complain about my noise but are nosey every single day. The lampshade almost crashed on my head. Door knob keeps breaking. Toilet, sink, dishwasher, and tub all have clogged. I can't adjust the heat in my house and it is uncomfortably hot... I hate paying for this place every month.
