Pet Policy: Residents are permitted 2 dogs OR 2 cats OR 1 dog & 1 cat 80 lbs. combined weight limit OR 60 lbs. weight limit for a single animal. Cats and dogs must be spayed/neutered.  Fees: $350 per dog and $150 per cat one-time nonrefundable fee and a monthly fee of $50/month for dogs below 30lbs, $75/month for dogs over 30 lbs, and $25/month for cats. Breed Restrictions: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Cane Corsos, Chow Chows, Dobermans, Great Danes, Kangals, Kuchi, Mastiffs (of any type), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rhodesin Ridgebacks, Rottweilers, Shepards (of any type), Shiba Inus, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire, Wolf-hybrids, or mixed breeds that contain any of the above breeds.Cats allowed. Dogs allowed.

My only complaint about my property is that it seems many neighbors, upstairs and all around make extremely excessive noise with no consideration for others. I’m not sure there is a way to fix this or address it, but that’s what I find to be the biggest issue

Someone who is sensitive about sleep and noise would want the highest floor. I can hear every step and sound from the apartment above. Does not bother me too much as I like my unit and location a lot

Have struggled for years here with my upstairs neighbor, whose morning habits have meant hours of excessive noise from 4:45-7:30am every day, including weekdays. I use white noise generators and ear plugs to try to deal with it, but the banging, dragging of heavy items across the hardwood floors, and excessive stomping are really difficult to deal with.

I've lived here for 2.5 years. In the last six months, I have had increasingly longer repair times from maintenance. Some have not resolved after months. On lease renewal, I was promised one rate, and was then informed that Processing would not allow that rate.
