Great Maintenance and Door Staff!

Unfortunate communication and lack of recourse available for property management. Rude and dismissive property manager, no one else at groupfox would help me. I have a literal receipt for rent but was charged late fee after zego clearly had an issue and property manager was profoundly rude. Not at all a 'luxury' building.

Nice

Nice apartments, the staff is good. The rooftop is really nice. They have some fun resident events. Beware, the rent does go up quite a bit annually. Also great closet space. The AC is lacking. Once they switch from AC to Heat you cant have AC until the spring so beware on a higher floor bc the windows only tilt open.
