Good place to live

Have lived here for many years. Rent is getting expensive. Too many dogs. Elevators often down for repair.

Mgmt should step up

Management office should do more for tenants, especially with elevator outages, air conditioner issues. Dont think office or mgmt value the tenants. Should provide credits with amout of building issues with mold, water damage due to not proper tuck point on building

Basically good

Basically very happy here. I do have 2 complaints: the way the packages are handled, should have a designated person. Congestion at front entrance with people unloading, etc, also need a ramp, stairs can be a problem with carriages, grocery carts and old people.
